  • If you are new to using a Cricut, it is recommended that you select a simple project to start with, such as creating a simple (not intricate) vinyl decal and attaching it to a flat surface (just as the front of a notebook).
  • The library has many of the tools you will need to complete a variety of projects with the Cricut.  It is the user’s responsibility to provide consumable materials.  Some materials may be available from the library at a cost.
  • The Design Space software is needed to control the Cricut.  You may use this on the PC beside the Cricut, one of the library’s laptops or your own device.  You must have your own account.

User Supplied Consumable materials:

  • Materials to be cut: Vinyl, card stock, etc.
  • Blanks – meaning the thing you will put your creation on (notebooks, cards, glasses/mugs, shirts, bags, etc).
